The Ausbiotech BioIndustry Exhibition is the largest exhibiting in Australia devoted to companies involved with the biotechnology industry.  The exhibition has been designed to maximise the networking opportunities and exposure for all the exhibitors by holding all morning and afternoon teas and lunches and the majority of the social functions within the exhibition hall itself.  Exhibiting is a must for any company involved within the industry!

A stand on the UK pavilion at AusBiotech 2008 will give your company:

• An excellent central group location
• Complete shell scheme stand - including carpet, fascia, spotlights, power outlet, information counter & chair
• On site support including meeting area serving hot & cold refreshments; information point for UK industry
• An electronic guide to the British Companies at AusBiotech 2008 will be produced and circulated to British embassies and posts as well as distributed from the information stand
• In addition to the overall administration of the group and the above on-site facilities, ETNA provides help & advice prior to, during and after the event and can assist you in arranging meetings outside of the trade fair

The price for a stand on the UK pavilion is £1,900. There will be an administration and on-site service fee of £375* (excluding VAT).  The fee covers our administration costs for the event and on-site service costs (ie on-site representative, refreshments, practical assistance before the event and on-site assistance during the build-up and the show itself). 

UK SME's exhibiting on the pavilion may be able to take advantage of UK Trade & Investment's package of assistance.  Eligible companies may be eligible for the SOLO scheme and be able to claim a grant of £1,000.  ETNA can put you in touch with the correct person at UK Trade & Investment to discuss this in more detail.

ETNA will invoice you on receipt of your application form for the full cost of your stand and for the administration fee.  Please note, our administration fee will not be refundable in the case of a company withdrawing from the event after the closing date.  Companies wishing to withdraw from the event after we have entered into a contract with the organisers (usually within two months of the closing date), will be liable for all costs.

* ETNA will be organising a group mission to AusBiotech 2008, taking place on the days leading up to the show.  Companies interested in taking part in this mission please note that the management fee for taking part in both the mission & exhibition would be £550 and we would guarantee arranging three meetings prior to the trip. 

Companies interested in taking part in the mission but not exhibiting would be charged £375 and this would guarantee three meetings. Please contact Sam samantha.burton@emtechna.net with a brief description of what your company does and your requirements for meetings.
